1. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
2. Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Refunds are not provided for completed services; however, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have regarding your experience.
3. Medical Disclosure and Consent
Certain treatments require a consultation and medical history review to ensure suitability and safety. By booking a service, you confirm that you have provided accurate medical information and will follow pre- and post-care instructions. Tranquility Med Spa is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Expiration dates on promotions apply, and extensions will not be granted.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality

6. Conduct and Behavior
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service. Tranquility Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.
7. Liability Disclaimer
All treatments are performed by trained professionals; however, results may vary. Tranquility Med Spa is not liable for individual reactions or dissatisfaction with results. Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions to achieve the best outcomes.
